How to consume?
The most effective way to consume CBD oil tincture is surely the sublingual method. All you need to do is use the dropper to put a few drops of oil under your tongue and wait till it gets absorbed. It usually takes about two minutes. You can also mix the CBD oil with your food or drink.

My Experience
Honestly, it wasn’t just the higher concentration bottle that pushed me to try out the brand. My neighbor’s highly positive remarks about the Fab CBD oil tincture also played a significant role. In fact, I was quite excited to try out the oil drops.
Once I received my CBD tincture, I followed my usual method and stopped taking my existing CBD medications. Within a week, my shoulder pain and social anxiety problems became absolutely unbearable. And that’s when I decided it was time to try out the CBD oil drops. Before I proceed with the actual effects, let me just give you a brief overview of the flavors. Fab CBD offers their tinctures in three flavors – citrus, mint and natural. For this review, I ordered the mint variant. And I must say, it was quite a pleasant experience, despite my allegiance to the natural taste.
As for the results, I felt much better after taking the first dose. My shoulder pain reduced significantly, and my anxiety problems went down as well. However, it was bad enough to force me to work from home. The second dose improved my conditions further. My shoulder was back to normal, and as for my anxiety, it still bothered me, albeit only slightly. And finally, after the third dose, I was back to my best.
Honestly, the quality of the Fab CBD oil is surely among the best I’ve tested. However, I just wish it was a tad bit more affordable.
Price Per Mg
The lowest concentration starts at 0.26 dollar per mg and improves to 0.1 dollars per mg for the 1200 & 2400 mg bottle.
Dosage
If you suffer from serious conditions as I do, I have a simple formula for you. Just divide your weight by 2, and that should be your minimum dosage amount in mg. So, if your weight is 150 lbs, the minimum amount of CBD you should consume is 75 mg. In case the minimum dose isn’t enough, I’d recommend slowly increasing it till it’s effective.

There’s only one way to consume this product and needless to say, it’s by chewing.
My Experience
I’ll be honest with you; I’m not a big fan of CBD gummies or chews. But, since Fab CBD only has a limited set of products, I had to review this.
The CBD chews are only available in one concentration – 750 mg. And there are 30 of them in a bottle. So, each chew has a concentration of 25 mg CBD. As for the taste, it’s available in fruit flavor. So, you can expect the standard variety of fruity chews like strawberry, orange, and mixed flavors.
Anyhow, let’s now talk about the effects. Just like before, I followed the same procedure and went off my existing CBD medications for about a week. Once my shoulder pain and social anxiety returned with a vengeance, I took the first dose of the CBD chews.
Although it might look like children’s candy, it works just like a standard CBD capsule. In fact, after the first dose, I felt significantly better. The effects were almost similar to the CBD tincture I tried out earlier. And just like Fab CBD’s oil drops, it took me about three doses to return to my usual self.
What’s interesting is that the CBD chews are much more cost-effective compared to the oil tincture. Both of them have a $ 59 variant, but, the concentration in case of the tincture is only 300 mg. As for the CBD chews, you get 2.5 times that amount! That’s just absurd, isn’t it? And even if you go for the highest concentration oil drops, the CBD chews still beats it when it comes to the price ratio. So, if you’re fond of CBD gummies or candies, this is surely one of the best options out there.

There is only one variant of the CBD chews, and it offers a price ratio of 0.08 dollars per mg.
Dosage
Now, most people will only consume CBD chews as a secondary, casual option. So, in that case, I’d just recommend having a single chew as it contains 25 mg of CBD. That should easily help you out if you’re having a stressful day at work.

My Experience
I was a bit nervous about this product review. For one, I’ve never tried out any CBD topicals before. And secondly, since this topical was only meant to treat my pain conditions, I feared that my social anxiety problems would shoot up to unprecedented heights.
Anyhow, once again, I followed the exact same protocol and stopped taking my existing CBD medications for almost a week. By that time, my social anxiety problems and shoulder pain became bad enough to keep me away from work.
At this point, I applied the muscle and joint CBD topical around my shoulder. And to my surprise, my pain started reducing within a few minutes. Soon, I couldn’t feel any pain, and my shoulder was back to normal. Honestly, it was almost magical. Needless to say, this topical cream did absolutely nothing to reduce my social anxiety problems. But, to be fair, it was never meant for that.
Now, if you’re wondering why the topical cream is more effective than oral methods of consumption, it has to do with the concentrated effect on the pain afflicted area. What I mean by that is, when you consume CBD orally, its effects are spread across your entire body. And in case of the topical, it’s focused on a single area.
